Dr. Dina Lichtman is an executive coach who has created positive behavioral changes in hundreds of leaders. As a trained therapist, with a profit and loss business background, she has the added benefit of understanding the individual, and the interplay between emotional intelligence and success in the business environment. Dina has been able to reduce the time needed to create sustainable changes.
Dina was the head of Management Development for a Healthcare Consulting company and then went on to run several departments of a healthcare system. As the Chief Administrative Officer, Dina had responsibility for all aspects of the medical equipment rental business except sales and finance.
Dina advises clients on strategic business issues, including career management and transition, executive coaching and change management. Her coaching experience encompasses corporate leaders, scientists, physicians, financial executives, and men and women in new leadership positions.
Dina has successfully coached leaders at the highest levels. Her clients included leaders at Johnson & Johnson, the CDC, The Wharton School of the University of Penn, NY Presbyterian Hospitals, both Cornell and Colombia, Jefferson Health System, U Mass Memorial Health System, Yale New Haven Health System, BMS Pharma, Sanofi Pharma, Shire Pharmaceutical, American Express and many others.
Dina has a PhD in Organization Psychology, and a coaching certificate from Harvard Medical School/McLean Hospital
