As an award-winning broadcast journalist, Janelle Stelson has deep roots in Central Pennsylvania. For more than 30 years, she has been a trusted voice in the community, shining a light on local issues and holding those in power accountable. Through her work at WGAL, Stelson built strong connections with small business owners, law enforcement officials, and families across the region. Those experiences prepared her for her next chapter: running for Congress in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District.
Stelson’s background gives her a strong understanding of the challenges facing PA-10. She is focused on lowering costs, investing in small businesses and family farms, expanding access to affordable housing and child care, and protecting Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and a woman’s right to choose.
After a career dedicated to listening to and advocating for others, Stelson is ready to bring that same commitment to Congress. She believes in working with anyone to find practical solutions that improve life and strengthen communities across Central Pennsylvania.
