Josh Portney grew up in Upper Dublin, PA, and has been involved in politics and advocacy since his teenage years. He has managed several political campaigns, including the successful candidacy of Ezra Nanes, the first Jewish Mayor elected in State College. Josh now serves as a State College Councilman, while also studying at Penn State Law. Additionally, he works as a Legislative Assistant for State Representative Scott Conklin.
